Why triangle cake is an improvement of white cake? Because it is based on rice, just like rice cakes, it is also soaked in rice, mashed into mud and put into water. The rice cake is steamed in a steamer, which is round like a flying saucer, while the triangle cake is made by repeatedly frying rice noodles in a special pot, which is shaped like a right triangle, hence the name triangle cake.
