Recently, there have been many confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people in COVID-19, and the prevention and control situation is severe and complicated. In order to effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread in COVID-19, we hereby make the following announcements on strengthening the service management of micro-returning personnel:

For micro-returning personnel from Dongguan, Xi 'an, Yixing, Shaoxing, Ningbo, Shijiazhuang, Harbin, Hulunbeier, Qiqihar, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Dehong and Suzhou, please report to communities, hotels and units 3 days in advance. Those who have arrived at their destination from the prefecture-level city where the epidemic occurred within 14 days, please take the initiative to report to the community, hotels and units, carry out nucleic acid testing twice within 3 days according to regulations, continue to carry out self-health monitoring for 7 days, and take personal protection when going out if necessary. Once you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, please report immediately and go to the fever clinic for treatment, and explain the epidemiological history in detail. Those who don't take the initiative to report the history of going out and staying in the community, hotels and units, and those who don't cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures according to regulations will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

For those who have a history of traveling within p>14 days, please pay close attention to the information of epidemic cases and asymptomatic infected persons published in the epidemic area and the information of medium and high risk areas. People who overlap with the space-time trajectory of the activities of positive infected people, people who have been to or passed through high-risk areas, and people who are accompanied by air at the same time should immediately report to the community, hotels and units to cooperate with the implementation of isolated medical observation.

If people who are out of the province in four days

take public transportation or stay in crowded places such as tourist attractions, it is recommended to carry out nucleic acid detection for 1 times.

4. Don't go to middle and high risk areas unless necessary. It is suggested to check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination through the Chinese government website and the State Council client applet in advance before going out, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, and do personal protection on the way.

5. Strictly implement personal protective measures such as "wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, measuring temperature frequently and gathering less", and develop good personal hygiene habits. In case of fever, cough, fatigue and other symptoms, go to the fever clinic of the medical institution immediately and try to avoid taking public transportation.

VI. It is suggested that eligible people should be vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine in the whole process, and people who have completed the whole immunization for six months should be encouraged to strengthen immunization.
