1, wear-resistant layer

The wear-resistant layer is made of tissue paper impregnated with melamine resin, which can give the fireproof board stronger physical and chemical properties such as wear resistance, scratch resistance, cigarette burning resistance, pollution resistance, corrosion resistance and moisture resistance, and greatly prolong the service life of the board.
2. Decorative paper
Decorative paper is the material that determines the style and color of fire boards, which has strong printability, which also gives fire boards more possibilities, so that they are not limited to traditional colors, there are many styles, and even colors that satisfy customers can be allocated according to customers' needs and pictures or objects.
3. Kraft paper
Kraft paper is the main component material of fireproof board, and the thickness of fireproof board is controlled by the amount of kraft paper. Kraft paper has high strength and is usually yellowish brown. Semi-bleached or fully bleached kraft pulp is light brown, cream or white. High tear strength, breaking work and dynamic strength. At present, kraft paper on the market is mainly made in China and imported. Due to the national environmental protection, the quality of wood pulp is difficult to guarantee, and the strength of domestic kraft paper is much worse than that of imported kraft paper with forest-pulp integration.
4. Phenolic resin adhesive
Compared with melamine glue, phenolic resin glue is used more in the production of fire-proof board, mainly impregnated with kraft paper; Phenolic resin adhesive is the earliest industrialized synthetic resin, which was first used in aviation industry. Benzene and aldehyde were prepared by polycondensation in the presence of catalyst, and oligomer with relative molecular weight of 500- 1000 was used as adhesive. The adhesive has high adhesive strength and rigidity, so it has high heat resistance, creep resistance, ablation resistance and good dimensional stability. Water resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, mildew resistance, aging resistance, etc. And excellent electrical insulation performance.
Another advantage of using phenolic resin adhesive is that compared with urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, the formaldehyde content is much smaller, which is more environmentally friendly and safe. The release of formaldehyde is that there is a small amount of "free formaldehyde" in the polymer, and the free formaldehyde of phenolic resin glue mainly comes from slow aging (depolymerization) to produce a small amount of formaldehyde. Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive itself contains a lot of free formaldehyde;
5, melamine glue
Melamine adhesive is used to impregnate decorative paper, which has high bonding strength, high boiling water resistance, high thermal stability, strong low-temperature curing ability, high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Its main industrial use is also used to impregnate decorative paper of wood-based panels.
