According to the "Main Division of Labor and Functions of Food and Beverage Sectors", the Stewardship Department is the logistical support for the normal operation of the food and beverage sector and is responsible for the provision of tableware and supplies required by the Food and Beverage Department, the cleaning of tableware, kitchenware, and sanitation of the backstage areas, among other things.

The main functions of the Stewardship Department include: according to the pre-determined inventory, responsible for the restaurant and the kitchen requisition, supply, storage, collection, washing and replenishment of a variety of tableware, such as china, glassware and service supplies, etc.; responsible for the silverware and machinery and equipment, cleaning and maintenance; responsible for the collection and disposal of garbage; responsible for the regional sanitation; and to control the consumption of tableware and a variety of costs.
