The main functions of the Stewardship Department include: according to the pre-determined inventory, responsible for the restaurant and the kitchen requisition, supply, storage, collection, washing and replenishment of a variety of tableware, such as china, glassware and service supplies, etc.; responsible for the silverware and machinery and equipment, cleaning and maintenance; responsible for the collection and disposal of garbage; responsible for the regional sanitation; and to control the consumption of tableware and a variety of costs.
