Second, the conditions and requirements for resumption of study

(1) Return to school normally

The health monitoring of teachers and students in low-risk areas was normal for 7 consecutive days before returning to school, and there was no travel record in medium and high-risk areas (including urban areas) on the travel card. The status of information arriving through school is green, and the local health codes are all green codes. You can return to school normally with a negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

(2) drop out of school and resume school

1. Students who have lived abroad before returning to school 14 days;

2. Students who have a history of contact with suspected cases, confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 within/0/4 days before returning to school or have a time-space handover with suspected cases, confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 within/0/4 days;

3. Students with abnormal health codes;

4. During the follow-up and medical observation, asymptomatic infected patients who have been cured and discharged from hospital and released from centralized isolation medical observation;

5. Students who live and live in close contact with health monitoring personnel at home within 7 days before returning to school;

6. Students who have lived in the county (city, district) where the high-risk area is located or the county (city, district) where the local cluster epidemic is located within 7 days before returning to school;

7. Students who have fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell (taste) and other suspected COVID-19 symptoms when leaving school;

8. Other students who need centralized isolation, home isolation or home health monitoring.

The above-mentioned students who have dropped out of school can apply for resumption of school in time according to the requirements and deployment of the school when the later conditions permit. If there is an urgent need to return to school for special reasons, the college will strictly implement the three-level examination and approval system in accordance with the principle of "one thing, one discussion", and can only enter Guangxi according to the territorial requirements and meet the admission requirements.

(3) Back to school isolation

1. Students who take epidemic prevention and control vehicles/shifts on their way back to school;

2. Students who have fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell (taste) and other suspected COVID-19 symptoms when reporting to school;

3. Students who need to be isolated from medical observation under other special circumstances.

Third, preparation before returning to school

Personal health monitoring

Strictly carry out self-health monitoring seven days before returning to school (starting from August 27th, you must punch in for seven consecutive days), collect data by relying on the health punching of nails or Tencent documents, comprehensively check students' physical health and regional mobility, and review students' qualifications for returning to school to ensure that no one is missed. Form a personal information ledger, and shall not lie, conceal or omit.

(2) Studying and living at home

Seven days before returning to school, students study and live at home to reduce unnecessary going out. In principle, it is not allowed to travel to high-risk areas outside the country (territory) and domestic epidemics or long-distance travel across provinces. If you really need to leave your place of residence, you must report to the school to ensure that your whereabouts can be traced and implement the relevant regulations of the local health and disease control department.

(3) Do a good job in material reserve.

Bring enough personal protective equipment for life and study, including disposable medical masks or surgical masks, disposable gloves, sterile alcohol cotton pads or hand washing disinfectants, thermometers, paper towels, etc.

(4) Vaccination.

Under the basic principles of knowledge, consent and voluntariness, students should do a good job in vaccination in COVID-19.

Fourth, do personal protection on the way back to school.

(3) If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell (taste) and other suspected COVID-19 symptoms on your way back to school, you should seek medical treatment nearby in time. In planes, trains and other public transport, airports and railway stations, we should actively cooperate with the crew and other staff to carry out health monitoring, epidemic prevention management and other measures, and report the relevant situation to the school in a timely manner.

V. Registration procedures for returning to school

Before returning to school: counselors and class teachers of secondary colleges check the students' health codes, travel codes, nucleic acid test certificates and other related materials online, determine the list of students who meet the requirements for returning to school, and notify students to return to school as required.

Before entering school: prepare health code, travel code and nucleic acid test certificate in advance for future reference. In principle, parents and accompanying vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus.

When entering the school: check the health code, travel code, nucleic acid test certificate and other information, and accept temperature measurement and luggage disinfection. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, students who take private cars will go to the hospital immediately, and students who take public transport will follow the arrangement of the school and go to the designated hospital for treatment.

After entering the school gate: after the students' luggage is disinfected, they will directly return to the students' dormitory. Students are not allowed to leave the dormitory unless it is necessary, and it is forbidden to visit and gather. After the start of school, according to the requirements of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, all students will be closed for 7 days after returning to school, giving lectures online, eating off-peak, and strictly managing campus access. After students arrive at school, they will complete the "3-day 2-test" according to the unified arrangement of the school, and carry out full-time nucleic acid testing on the seventh day. Matters needing attention about intransitive verbs

(a) students who do not meet the conditions for resumption of school shall not resume school; For students who drop out of school and resume school, after meeting the normal conditions for resumption of school, the students will apply, and the school will determine whether they can resume school according to the epidemic prevention and control situation and work arrangements; Without application and approval, students are not allowed to return to school on their own, and students who return to school without authorization will be given disciplinary action according to the seriousness of the case.

(2) Students applying for returning to school should pay close attention to the changes in high-risk areas in China and avoid high-risk areas on their way back to school.
