4. The accommodation business premises should be strictly managed for epidemic prevention. Hotels, guesthouses and other accommodation places should strictly implement measures such as temperature measurement, place code scanning and negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours, ask the residents about their residence history, report to the community neighborhood Committee as soon as possible if they find that they have been to the risk area in the past 7 days, and urge the residents to implement epidemic prevention measures. Those who deliberately conceal their own or others' residence history and contact history shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

five, strict staff management. All units should strengthen the management of staff supporting epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement closed-loop management measures, and the centralized residence supporting epidemic prevention and control staff shall not receive social guests at the same time.

6. Except for ensuring the normal operation of industries and places such as water, electricity, fuel oil, gas, communication, sanitation, grain, oil, meat and vegetables supply, logistics and freight transportation, lifestyle supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions and catering enterprises, all other production and business premises will be temporarily suspended. Enter the above places should strictly implement the "place code" and other scanning code verification work, must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours.

7. Establish a special service support team in all relevant streets, and set up a warm-hearted service hotline and a medical consultation hotline to respond to citizens' demands in a timely manner.
