2. According to Article 6 of the Measures for Annual Inspection of Enterprises

(two) the enterprise registration authority accepts the examination materials;

(3) Annual inspection fees paid by the enterprise;

(four) the enterprise registration authority shall affix the annual inspection seal to the copy of the business license and return the copy of the business license.

1. Log in to the national enterprise credit information publicity system. After entering, select your region, enter the city where the enterprise belongs, or directly enter the province. Enter the enterprise to report public information;

2. Select new user registration. Individuals can fill in the form by selecting personal registration in the drop-down menu. Fill in the information as required, click Verify, set the password after verification, and log in (you need to fill in the mobile phone number to receive the verification code);

3. Select the year to report after logging in. Start to fill in the basic information, you can choose not to make it public;

4. Fill it in and save it. Next, add the investment time of shareholders in the investment situation. Save the next step and fill in the balance sheet and income statement of the previous year as required. Save the next step. If no guarantee information is provided, select Save the next step;
