Recently, sporadic cases and local aggregated epidemics have appeared in many places in our province, and the prevention and control situation is complicated and severe. In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic situation of "importing from outside and rebounding from inside" and ensuring the health of the people in the whole region, the measures for further strengthening the prevention and control of the epidemic situation in our region are hereby announced as follows:

1. People from medium and high-risk areas in the demonstration area should be persuaded to return in principle or be controlled according to the requirements of Circular No.1 of 2122 issued by the Office of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters in Xinxiang City.

2. Public libraries, cultural centers, urban study rooms, grassroots comprehensive cultural service centers and other cultural places where people gather are temporarily closed; Cinema, KTV, Internet cafes, bars, karaoke bars, dance halls, game halls, chess rooms, mahjong rooms, script killings, escape rooms and other places of entertainment where people gather are temporarily closed; Sports venues, gymnasiums, swimming pools, billiards halls, taekwondo halls and other places where people gather are temporarily closed.

3. All public bathhouses, bathhouses and other places in the whole region will be closed; All catering units in the whole region are suspended from eating in the hall.

Cancel all kinds of public entertainment activities, including card games, assemblies, banquets and banquets in urban communities and rural areas, various temple fairs, large-scale mass cultural and sports activities, garden parties, group meetings, tea parties, thank-you meetings and other large-scale gathering activities. Hotels have suspended all kinds of group worship banquets and large-scale activities. Advocate "red things" to be postponed and "white things" to be simplified.

5. All off-campus training institutions suspend offline teaching.

VI. Nursing homes, welfare homes, institutions combining medical care with nursing care, and mental health institutions are under closed management, and visits are suspended.
