Development history
In the 22nd year of Qingganlong in Songhelou (1757), the Xu family of Suzhou Xuanmiaoguan was founded, dealing in pastry food. It has a history of more than 250 years.
Songhelou is the oldest authentic Subang restaurant in Suzhou and enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad. It is the cradle of Su Bang cuisine chefs and the first batch of old-fashioned catering brands recognized by the Ministry of Commerce. The famous chef of Songhelou has won many gold medals in cooking competitions at home and abroad.
