There are Maotai in the south and Huangtai in the north. Huangtai Liquor is produced in Liangzhou, Gansu Province, starting from 1985. Huangtai liquor is a kind of Luzhou-flavor liquor which is made of sorghum as raw material, supplemented by Daqu and fermented in old pits for a long time. Huangtai wine has the characteristics of clear and transparent wine quality, rich aroma in wine cellar, mellow aroma, sweet entrance and long aftertaste.
2. Guhezhou
Guhezhou Liquor Industry is located at the foot of Wanshou Mountain in Linxia, Gansu. 3. Du Liang Laojiao

5. Siluchun
Siluchun was produced in Zhangye, Gansu, and began at 1980. Siluchun wine has many series, such as puree, golden bottle, golden crown, Shen Gong, Ganzhou and so on. The unique wine cellar of Siluchun wine has the characteristics of rich aroma, sweet after meals, no taste and no first-class products.
