a) abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China *** and the state, with senior secondary education school (including general high school, junior college, vocational high school, technical school, hereinafter referred to as "high school") graduation or have the same academic ability, physical condition in line with the relevant requirements, and has one of the following conditions can apply for registration in Jiangxi Province
