In fact, business was very bad at first. When it first opened, there were three stores there, and the others were empty. Because the business of other stores has not been very good, open, closed and open. Moreover, the school business is actually very difficult to do. First of all, the meal time is highly concentrated, and sometimes 100 people come in at once, which is difficult to deal with unless you have a skilled operator. Then we had two turning points:
One is the head office's price adjustment-adding several six-dollar products. The customer base is obvious because students are very sensitive to price. Some students' psychological price is five yuan, and six yuan products are not tried. If some students' psychological price is six yuan, it is difficult for them to try the product of seven yuan.
Another turning point is that we opened a large supermarket there, where students basically buy their daily necessities. Going to the supermarket is the only way. Those students who go shopping in the supermarket are our potential customers.
Take-out with good quality and quantity

At the beginning, our takeout was also very few, which was a process of gradual accumulation. At first, students thought it was hot to eat wonton in rainy days, so they came to eat it under an umbrella. When they come to our store and suddenly find that Ruyi can deliver takeout, they will say, "Boss, bring us a list." Because students are generally lazy, they don't like to go out when it is windy and rainy. Our Taihu College store attaches great importance to this aspect, and will answer the phone as soon as we have time, and try our best to deliver it to them with the fastest quality and quantity.
Moreover, the restaurant next door is basically empty when it rains, because students don't come out on rainy days, and there is also our takeaway channel. So now, after two or three years of accumulation, our take-out has basically reached saturation.
Advantages of hourly workers
One disadvantage of universities is that they have winter and summer vacations, and we only do it for eight months at most every year. The advantage is that students can be invited to do part-time jobs, which saves a lot of money. According to our current busyness, we should recruit at least 5-6 people at noon. If there were no hourly workers, we would have to hire four more people and pay 7000-8000 people for meals a month. It is convenient to have hourly jobs. Increase business hours
Other stores close at 8: 30 every night, and I will close at 9: 30.
