Through mutual trust, voluntariness, equality and negotiation, both parties reached an agreement that Party A is willing to contract the kitchen of this hotel to Party B.. 1. The contract period is tentatively set for a year, from the date of the month to the date of the month. 2. Party A contracts the kitchen to Party B, excluding washing dishes and handyman. The basic monthly salary is set as a whole. The monthly salary shall be paid on the 1th day of the following month, which shall be collected by Party B and freely controlled. 3. On the basis of basic salary, Party B shall ensure that the gross profit margin of dishes is%, and the guaranteed turnover of dishes is 11,111 yuan.
