1. You can apply for administrative reconsideration to the higher authorities of the neighborhood committee.

2. You can bring an administrative lawsuit directly to the court. Article 36 of the Organic Law of Villagers' Committees of the People's Republic of China infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of villagers, the infringed villagers may apply to the people's court for cancellation, and the responsible person shall bear legal responsibility according to law. If the villagers' committee fails to perform its statutory obligations in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, the people's governments of townships, nationality townships and towns shall order it to make corrections. If the people's governments of townships, nationality townships and towns intervene in matters that are legally within the scope of villagers' autonomy, the people's governments at the next higher level shall order them to make corrections.
