How to make a microfilm? What is the approximate price? What should I pay attention to? I am a student. I took it myself.
Hello, I'm a microfilm director. From my personal point of view, I will give some suggestions, hoping to bring you some reference.

First of all, you are making your own micro-movie, which should be regarded as independent filmmakers in procedure. At the beginning, the biggest problem for students to make their own micro-movies was actually not limited to the problem of funds. In my opinion, the script is as important as the money. It can even be said that you can create good film and television works with a small amount of money, and winning by script is also a good way.

In addition, I want to say that the following points should be paid attention to when I first came into contact with filming micro-movies. These are my personal experiences.

First of all, it is script creation. Many young directors tend to overlook the characterization when they start writing micro-film scripts. This is important, because a good story depends on the characters. If a good character does not have the rendering of personality and emotion, it will not bring the feeling of the audience. Therefore, before a good script is created, there is a very important process, that is, the characters are deduced, and the characters' personalities and emotions come out, so that there will be a good one.

Second, regarding the length of the film, many writers or directors who are new to filming micro-movies will think about the story for a long time, which is actually a misunderstanding, because the longer the time, the greater the workload, which is directly proportional to the capital consumption. For the audience, if the plot is not attractive enough, the longer the time, the more disgusted the audience will be. Therefore, I suggest that it is best to start with 5-8 minutes without commercial investment.

Thirdly, regarding actors, characters and roles, we must pay attention to one problem in the early research of scripts, that is, the setting of roles, which is also very important for micro-movies. In general movies, we will understand that every role is very important and there will be no insignificant role. Every character is flesh and blood and has feelings, and at the same time runs through the whole story. These all need a lot of creative time to study, so we don't have so much time and energy to study each character, each character's psychological state and so on when making micro-movies. So there is only one solution, that is, try to avoid redundant roles. The simpler the role, the more realizable it is for the operability of microfilm. Besides, for independent producers, there is no extra money to hire professional actors. If your friends are all acting, they are not professionals. The more roles, the greater the risk. A good film and television work may waste a good script because the actors are not in place, and finally it can only be called a bad film.

Fourth, the recording problem, the sound of the film is generally divided into two types, synchronous or asynchronous. Generally, the creation of micro-movies is based on the actual sound. However, it is often because of financial problems that the actual sound effect is very poor, which is obviously not up to standard compared with movies. In fact, I want to say that the sound of a movie makes the audience enter the channel of plot and character emotion. If the sound is not good, it will be difficult for the audience to enter the plot. What should I do with microfilm? I don't have enough money to do a good job of real-life sound effects, so I can only consider the later dubbing and adopt the non-real-life sound effects mode. Of course, this is time-consuming and laborious. However, this is not important. Personally, I don't think it is necessary to use a general computer to record unless there are very professional equipment and recording studios. If you don't have professional equipment, you can consider finding a car, then recording in it and driving to a quiet place. Then roll up the window, because the space inside the car is very small, so the radiation space is small and the car is irregular, so the noise in the space can be minimized, which can basically simulate the effect of the recording studio. You can try. Of course, you can record with DV camera or simple hard disk video recorder, which is convenient to carry. When recording in the car, you can turn up the volume slightly because the noise inside the car is low.

The fifth point is post-editing. People say that post-editing is a second creation. This is also very important. Don't procrastinate. If one episode is not done well, the whole play will be ruined. So the editing of micro-movies is also very important. From my experience, microfilm should remember to delete the deleted scenes. Don't be sad. Controlling the rhythm is the most important thing.

Finally, let me make a conclusion. If you want to be a professional in microfilm shooting, you must pay attention to the following points: first, win with the plot and highlight the feelings of the characters; Second, control the number of words, handle lines carefully, choose every sentence carefully, and don't talk nonsense. Third, the recording must be good, otherwise the quality of the microfilm will decline, and the sound of a film directly reflects the professional level of the production team. And the sound is good, the audience will easily enter the plot. Fourth, we must pay attention to the rhythm in later editing. The key to a powerful editor is to control the rhythm of the whole play with his own thinking.

In addition, in the early stage of script creation, we must pay attention to controlling scenes and changing scenes as little as possible without commercial investment. These are all typed by me with the keyboard. I hope I can help you. I'm director Chen Junlin.
