In order to thoroughly implement the State Council's requirements on transforming government functions and strengthening the construction of administrative efficiency of organs, according to the Provisions on the Examination, Approval and Registration of Non-administrative Licensing in Chengdu (Order No.2004 of September 30, 2004). The district (city) and county governments and municipal government departments shall, according to the Provisions of Chengdu Municipality on the Examination, Approval and Registration of Non-administrative Licensing, standardize the examination, approval and registration of non-administrative licensing that will continue to be implemented. To cancel the project, we should do a good job of convergence according to the treatment method after cancellation; Items that are adjusted to be reviewed by higher administrative organs shall be implemented in strict accordance with the requirements; Decentralize the management level and adjust to the projects implemented by district (city) and county departments, and strengthen guidance and supervision; For projects that are adjusted to information filing and regulatory measures that do not require administrative review, it is necessary to innovate management methods and implement supervision according to law; For projects that provide services according to the requirements of the parties, the quality and efficiency of services should be effectively improved; Included in the implementation of administrative examination and approval to other links, no longer separate approval of the project, it should be reviewed. ?
