Second, the recruitment method
Recruitment is carried out by combining education and teaching ability test, skill operation and defense, which is divided into five steps: registration and qualification examination, assessment (education and teaching ability test, skill operation test and interview defense), physical examination, publicity and employment. Select candidates from high to low according to their comprehensive scores.
Third, the recruitment process
(1) Registration and qualification examination
Registration is conducted by on-site registration. Applicants must use the same valid ID card to register, and each applicant is limited to 1 position.

3. Bring the following materials when registering:
When registering, you need to fill in the registration form and hand in three recent two-inch color photos, and go through the registration formalities with your valid ID card, academic degree certificate, professional qualification certificate, award-winning certificate and other originals and copies (check the original and get a copy when registering); If you have a teacher qualification certificate and a Putonghua proficiency certificate, you should also provide them.
4. Qualification examination: the school conducts qualification examination for the applicant. Qualification examination will run through the whole process of employment. If there is fraud or does not meet the registration conditions, once verified, its registration qualification will be cancelled.
(2) Evaluation
Examination forms: educational and teaching ability test, skill operation test and defense. Organized by the school's leading group for recruiting teachers (the time will be notified separately).
1, education and teaching ability test: full score 100. According to the recruitment position, randomly select questions and attend classes without students.
2. Skill operation: full score 100. Take skill (business) operation, and conduct practical operation assessment on the applied position.
3. Interview defense: full score 100. Investigate the professional cognitive ability, thinking quality (comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, innovative thinking and problem-solving ability) and demeanor of the candidates.
The comprehensive score is determined by the above three assessment results, in which the teaching ability accounts for 40%, the skill operation accounts for 40%, and the interview and defense account for 20%. If the comprehensive scores are tied, they shall be arranged in order of educational and teaching ability, skill operation ability and defense performance.
(3) Physical examination
Organize the physical examination of the finalists according to the ratio of 1: 1. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination, it will be replenished from high score to low score according to the comprehensive score.
(4) Publicity and employment
Publicize the personnel to be hired. If there is no objection after publicity, it will be hired by the leading group for recruiting teachers in the school.
The person to be hired signs an employment agreement with the school. The personnel to be employed are employees of non-counterpart cooperative enterprises and institutions in the school, and the employment agreement can be signed with the school only after the unit agrees and issues a certificate; If the person to be hired is a retiree or a freelancer (who has participated in social insurance), the school will sign an employment agreement with the person to be hired, with the initial contract period of 1 year. The probation period is 6 months, which is included in the employment contract.
The employment agreement signed between the proposed employee and the school is a work agreement. The school has the right to terminate the employment agreement (see the employment agreement for details) if the employee fails to pass the examination during the probation period or employment period, or if there are other circumstances that are not suitable for continuing employment.
Fourth, employment benefits.
Recruiters are not allowed to enter the career establishment, and their wages are paid according to the quota assessment approved by the Municipal Education Bureau, Finance Bureau and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The school buys accident insurance for employees; Professional part-time teachers who have obtained the corresponding teacher qualification certificate and meet the conditions for the evaluation of teachers' titles may be recommended by vocational schools to participate in the evaluation of teachers' titles with the consent of their units; Part-time teachers can apply for scientific research projects and research funds during their school days; Part-time teachers, like in-service teachers, participate in advanced studies or other forms of training and are included in the regular management of school teachers.

1. This recruitment is conducted under the leadership of the leading group for open recruitment of teachers in schools.
2. The whole open recruitment process is supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision department. If it is found that the candidates are not openly recruited or do not meet the requirements for open recruitment, or violate the law and discipline, or practice fraud, the qualifications for application shall be cancelled or disciplinary action shall be given. If any staff member is found to have violated the law and discipline, disciplinary action will be taken. The person in charge of the recruitment unit and the personnel engaged in the recruitment work, who have an interest in the candidates or have other factors that may affect the fairness of the recruitment work, shall withdraw according to the regulations.
