An application form for qualification identification of urban environmental sanitation management service enterprises, a copy of the business license, the articles of association, organization, management system, technical, quality, safety, testing and operation quality standards and quality management system of the enterprise, and a copy of the employment documents and professional title certificates of the legal representative of the enterprise and the person in charge of technology, finance and operation of the enterprise.
Copies of professional titles/qualification certificates and resumes of all engineering and technical personnel, economic personnel and employees in key positions of the enterprise, certificates of ownership or use right of relevant sanitation machinery, equipment and vehicles, certificates of use right or lease of fixed office address, and other relevant documents and materials that need to be issued.
First, you can register the company, apply for franchising, put on record, and pass the EIA to operate normally. This qualification varies from province to city. Some provinces are listed as strictly controlled waste lists and must apply to the environmental protection department of the provincial department for a license. Some local governments have no relevant laws and regulations, but it won't be long before all provinces and cities will introduce relevant measures for the management of kitchen waste.
