Four. Recruitment procedure

5. Qualification examination: measure the height and weight of candidates when registering. (3) Examination
The examination for recruiting auxiliary police is divided into three parts: physical fitness test, written test and interview.
1. Physical fitness test
Candidates who pass the qualification examination can take the physical fitness test.
Candidates are required to take the physical fitness test on time with their ID cards.
The physical fitness test shall be carried out with reference to the Physical Fitness Test Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional). Physical fitness test items and standards are as follows:

2. written test
The written test content is the basic knowledge of public education and takes the form of closed book. The total score of the test questions is 100, and the time is 90 minutes.
Candidates need to bring their ID cards to take the written test on time, and there is no proportion in the written test.
The written test time, place and related requirements will be notified separately.
There is no passing score in the written test, and the interview is conducted from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 3. If the number of people does not reach this ratio, the actual number shall prevail.

The interview was conducted in a structured way, with a full score of 100 and a qualified line of 60.
The scoring standard is evaluated according to the following aspects: (1) comprehensive analysis ability; (2) Language expression ability; (3) Ability to plan, organize and coordinate; (4) adaptability; (5) Self-emotional control; (6) Consciousness and skills of man-machine cooperation; (7) the matching between the job-seeking motivation and the proposed position; (8) manners.
Those whose interview results have not reached the qualified line are not allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection.

4. Performance verification
The total score of candidates = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.
When calculating the personnel score, two decimal places shall be reserved.
According to the proportion of recruitment position plan 1: 1 and the ranking of candidates' total scores, the candidates for physical examination are determined from high score to low score.
The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.
(4) Physical examination
According to the relevant requirements in the qualification conditions and with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
In view of the particularity of police auxiliary work, those who are positive in urine test will not be employed.
Candidates who practise fraud or conceal the real situation during the medical examination shall be disqualified.
Give up the job vacancies formed by medical examination or unqualified medical examination, and fill them in turn from high score to low score according to the total score.
The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant.
(5) Investigation
After the candidates pass the physical examination, they will be selected according to the relevant regulations such as the Measures for the Administration of the Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Public Security Organs in Jilin Province (Trial) and the recruitment plan 1: 1, and enter the political examination procedure.
Those who fail the political examination will be disqualified and the medical examination fee will not be refunded.
For the job vacancies formed by unqualified inspection, physical examination and inspection shall be conducted in turn according to the total score from high to low.
(6) Publicity and employment
After passing the inspection, according to the results of physical fitness test, written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection, the list of persons to be employed will be determined, and it will be publicized on the website of tiedong district People's Government of Siping City and the official WeChat account of Jiyi Company for 5 working days.
If there is no problem in publicity or the problems reflected do not affect employment, after the expiration of publicity, the public security organ shall sign a labor contract with it according to law and go through the relevant employment procedures.
Carry out daily management in accordance with the relevant management regulations of the employer, and those who do not obey will be disqualified.
The employed personnel have a probation period of three months, and if there is any violation of law or discipline during the probation period or they are not suitable for the post of auxiliary police, their employment qualification will be cancelled.
Candidates who have entered this recruitment interview will keep their total scores for one year.
During the retention period, if there is a vacancy due to resignation and other reasons, it will be re-recorded according to the total score from high to low, and after physical examination, investigation and publicity, the relevant entry procedures will be handled.
