(3) Examination

The examination for recruiting auxiliary police is divided into three parts: physical fitness test, written test and interview.

1. Physical fitness test

4. Performance verification

The total score of candidates = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

When calculating the personnel score, two decimal places shall be reserved.

According to the proportion of recruitment position plan 1: 1 and the ranking of candidates' total scores, the candidates for physical examination are determined from high score to low score.

The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.

(4) Physical examination

According to the relevant requirements in the qualification conditions and with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).

In view of the particularity of police auxiliary work, those who are positive in urine test will not be employed.

Candidates who practise fraud or conceal the real situation during the medical examination shall be disqualified.

Give up the job vacancies formed by medical examination or unqualified medical examination, and fill them in turn from high score to low score according to the total score.

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant.

(5) Investigation

After the candidates pass the physical examination, they will be selected according to the relevant regulations such as the Measures for the Administration of the Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Public Security Organs in Jilin Province (Trial) and the recruitment plan 1: 1, and enter the political examination procedure.

Those who fail the political examination will be disqualified and the medical examination fee will not be refunded.

For the job vacancies formed by unqualified inspection, physical examination and inspection shall be conducted in turn according to the total score from high to low.

(6) Publicity and employment

After passing the inspection, according to the results of physical fitness test, written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection, the list of persons to be employed will be determined, and it will be publicized on the website of tiedong district People's Government of Siping City and the official WeChat account of Jiyi Company for 5 working days.

If there is no problem in publicity or the problems reflected do not affect employment, after the expiration of publicity, the public security organ shall sign a labor contract with it according to law and go through the relevant employment procedures.
