The college consists of seven departments: public service department, research and development department, academic education department, training department, skills self-study department, women's college work department and information center. In recent years, the college has adhered to the school-running tenet of "building the college by market, prospering the college by service and strengthening the college by scientific research" and formed a multi-level, multi-form, multi-category and networked school-running system.

After years of hard work, the college has successively won the first prize of the National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award (20 14), the first prize and the second prize of the Zhejiang Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award (2009, 20 14, 20 16), the advanced collective of adult education in Zhejiang Province, and the advanced collective of self-study examination institutions in Zhejiang Province.
