this project includes the newly-built advanced oxidation machine room for catalytic flotation, four electrocatalysis and catalytic beds, and a catalytic separation tank. The advanced catalytic air flotation combined process technology is adopted, which can reduce the sludge production and the consumption of chemicals, promote the demulsification of oil and water, and improve the oil-water separation effect. After putting into use, the water quality can be further purified to ensure the high-quality discharge of the system effluent.
The incoming water of 711 cubic meters/hour low-concentration sewage treatment system for oil refining has a high crude oil content and a large amount of sludge. Although the water color of the multiphase gas emerging water that has been put into use after transformation is clear, the strength of the contact area is uneven, and scum accumulates in the corner of the contact area. At the same time, the oil layer in the biochemical pool that has been running continuously for 17 years is attached to the filler and the wall of the pool, and the continuous dissolution affects the effluent quality of the O2 pool of the biochemical unit.
