1. Make reasonable arrangements for travel. Advocate not to leave the river unless necessary, avoid or reduce outbound, inter-provincial and cross-city travel as much as possible, and avoid going to medium and high-risk areas, cities with local epidemics or border land port cities unless necessary. Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels should establish and improve personnel health records, travel approval, verification and other management systems, and take the lead in implementing travel requirements.

second, strict management of public * * * areas. All personnel entering supermarkets, restaurants, farmers' markets, cultural and sports entertainment and other indoor public places must hold negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours; All personnel entering the residential area must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours; All personnel travelling by public transport must hold negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Travel code with an asterisk and health code with red code and yellow code are not allowed to take public transport. All kinds of public * * * places in the city are set with place codes according to regulations and posted in conspicuous places at the entrance. Those without place codes are not allowed to open or operate, and the personnel entering and leaving must scan the codes before entering the site.

third, strict prevention and control of traffic stations and entrances and exits. All expressway service areas, high-speed intersections and cross-city national and provincial highways in the city should provide free nucleic acid detection services, implement measures such as health code, travel code, temperature measurement and wearing masks, and conscientiously implement the landing nucleic acid of passengers from other cities. Local mail express centers, logistics parks, industrial zones and various enterprises should strictly check the 48-hour nucleic acid test certificate or "sampled" certificate of freight drivers and passengers, and strictly implement the epidemic prevention requirements such as operation and disinfection.

Students who live in high-risk areas will be suspended from returning to Jiang, and online teaching will be implemented. Students who have returned to Jiang will be arranged by the school to stay overnight and do a good job in health monitoring.

5. Strictly control all kinds of gathering activities. Strictly control the scale of gathering activities such as parties and dinners, and implement "delayed weddings, simple funerals, and no banquets". It is not necessary to organize all kinds of cross-city cultural and sports activities, business activities, meetings, celebrations, gatherings, training and other offline gathering activities. Indoor public places and tourist attractions are strictly subject to "quota, reservation and peak shifting", and the upper limit of personnel reception is controlled. Shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets and other basic living materials supply places should reasonably control the number of shoppers, with a maximum of 75% of the maximum reception capacity.

VI. Strictly fulfill personal health responsibilities. Reduce going out, avoid gathering, keep social distance, and do personal protection. If you cross the track with cases and close contacts, or have recently lived in Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhongshan and other places and found that you have been given a yellow code, you should report to your community at the first time, cooperate with health management measures such as nucleic acid testing, and don't go out or gather until the results of nucleic acid testing are out; Take the initiative to go to the fever clinic in time after symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and diarrhea appear; Take the initiative to vaccinate Covid-19 vaccine. Residents should learn about epidemic information and scientific epidemic prevention knowledge through authoritative media, do not spread rumors, do not believe rumors, and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work. The public security organs will investigate and punish those who maliciously spread false pictures, false videos and spread rumors.
