Cleaning method of waste oil after recycling: The following cleaning methods of waste oil are only recommended by the environmental protection department and are not mandatory:
1.
Maximize the recycling rate of waste oil II.
Select reusable adsorbents to minimize the consumption of waste oil adsorbents.
Use used adsorbents to produce new adsorbents.
Buy adsorbents containing recyclable ingredients.
Extraction equipment (such as centrifuges, presses and garbage mashers) can be used to extract waste oil from reusable adsorbents. According to the viscosity of waste oil, the adsorption pad can be reused for two to eight times. Although not necessary, these technologies can be used to reduce the regeneration rate, energy consumption and waste of adsorption pads. Reusing and recycling adsorption pads can potentially reduce the amount of waste and save money (that is, reduce the cost of treating waste adsorption pads and reduce the use cost of each adsorption pad).
Remove management:
Oil preservation:
1.
Reduce the generation of waste oil. The less waste oil is produced in the first place, the less waste oil can be treated. Enterprises can filter, separate and maintain waste oil to prolong its reuse life.
2.
Buy refined waste oil and buy less new oil. The effect of purifying oil is as good as that of new oil. The oil marked "api gravity" is as high in quality as new oil.
3.
Implement a safe waste oil management plan. Don't mix gutter oil with anything. Waste oil should usually be stored in leak-proof containers and away from workers and the environment. Send the waste oil to the purification plant as soon as possible.
