Individual consumers, after obtaining the above ordinary invoices, can register for the "Prize Invoice" activity from May 16, 2022 onwards through "Guangdong Tax Tong" and "Guangdong Tax". From May 16, 2022 onwards, individual consumers who have obtained the above general invoices can register for participation in the "Prize Invoices" through "Guangdong Tax" WeChat public number, and from May 18, 2022 onwards, they can also register for participation in the "Prize Invoices" through "Guangdong Tax", by scanning the QR code of the invoices or by manually inputting the invoice information. There will be two draws for individual consumers to register their invoice information for the campaign. Instant lottery

Individual consumers can participate in the instant lottery directly through "Guangdong Tax", "Guangdong Tax", or "Guangdong Tax" WeChat public number
Individual consumers can register their invoice information from May 16, 2022 until the official launch of the lottery at the beginning of July 2022 for the one-time instant lottery, which will be conducted centrally.
There are three levels of prizes for the instant lottery***, with corresponding prizes of RMB20, RMB100 and RMB200 respectively. Winning prizes will be paid instantly to the winners through third-party payment, and any overdue prizes will be considered as abandoned prizes.
Regular Draw
The second regular draw will be held in early July and early October 2022 and early January 2023 respectively. All general invoices that have participated in the first lottery are eligible to participate in the regular lottery.
The results of the lottery will be announced on-site, and information on the winning invoices will be released through the "Guangdong Provincial Affairs", the State Administration of Taxation of Guangdong Province portal, and the "Guangdong Taxation" WeChat public number.
There are three levels of prizes for regular draws***, with corresponding prizes of RMB10,000, RMB50,000 and RMB100,000 respectively. The prizes are paid to the winners by bank transfer or check. The winners shall complete the redemption of the prizes within 60 days from the date of announcement of the results of the lottery at the designated location of the Guangdong Provincial Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation. If the prize is not paid within 60 days, the prize will be considered abandoned and the prize money will be carried forward to the next period.
When redeeming the prizes, the winners should bring along their original identity certificates and provide the cell phone numbers registered when participating in the activity for verification by the tax authorities; if the winning invoice is a VAT ordinary invoice or a VAT ordinary invoice, the original of the winning invoice should be provided; and if the winning invoice is an e-invoice or a VAT e-ordinary invoice, the winning invoice layout document should be provided.
The following two cases can not be opened and redeemed:

1. General invoices with red characters
2. General invoices issued by the tax authorities on behalf of the tax authorities
3. General invoices with the word "Acquisition" on the face of the invoice
