Four canteens. Huaibei Normal University, located in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, is a comprehensive provincial key university with four canteens in the lakeside campus. Approved by the State Council on 1978 12, the school was named Huaibei Coal Teachers College, which belongs to the former Ministry of Coal Industry.
