Hua Luogeng Middle School is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is the first batch of key middle schools and four-star schools in Jiangsu Province.

The school was founded in 1922 and 1959, and was identified as the first batch of key middle schools in Jiangsu Province. 1985 With the approval of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, the school was renamed as "China Middle School" from "Jintan County Middle School". In 2004, it was rated as the first batch of four-star schools in Jiangsu Province.
