It depends on whether the recruited accountants can grasp the financial characteristics of the enterprise in a short time and whether they have the ability or potential to deal with the financial and taxation problems of the enterprise.
4. Find an experienced accounting assistant. If you are not a recruiter from a financial accounting major, you can only judge the working ability and level of financial accounting personnel by experience and feeling. Experience and feelings are mostly effective, but sometimes they are not. Financial accounting is very professional, and people in the industry know more about accounting ability and level.
