2. Units and individuals that have gone through tax registration according to law, after registering their certificates, apply to the competent tax authorities for receiving and purchasing invoices;

3. The taxpayer shall go to the tax service center of the competent local tax office to collect and fill in the Application Form for Taxpayer's Purchase of Invoice Types in duplicate;

4. If taxpayers who have registered for tax need to use invoices, they shall obtain and purchase invoices from the competent tax authorities.
