Step 2: Open the ukey version of the billing software and identify the icon of the billing software.

Click Invoice Filling to enter tax UKey VAT invoice software, and click Invoice Management-Front Invoice Filling-VAT Electronic Ordinary Invoice.

Step 3: Enter the account password to log in (you can log in directly without setting a password).

Step 4: Click Home-Invoice Filling-Select VAT Electronic Ordinary Invoice.

Step 5: Fill in the buyer's name, tax number (the following address and telephone banking are not required for the buyer's information), taxable items, unit and quantity, click the button in the upper right corner, and the amount will change to tax-included mode. Enter the tax-included amount directly in the amount column, and then press Enter, and the unit price and tax amount will be automatically brought out.

Step 6: Click Open.

Ukey version of the invoice is in OFD format, and you can download OFD to read it.

Device, you can also choose to send the email to the mailbox when it is sent, and download the PDF format.
