In order to improve the corporate image, motivate staff morale, promote civilized production and increase corporate efficiency, it has a great role in promoting and guiding.

6S site management includes six aspects: sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleanliness, literacy and safety. in the management of needed items, it is required to locate the items, clearly mark them and return them to their original positions. Positioning means that items should be placed neatly, in their proper places according to their categories, so that they can be placed neatly, at a glance, well placed, not misplaced, and placed reasonably according to their nature and use. Achieve orderly and convenient operation. Ex.: In the previous CNC workshop, the items were placed in disorder, the labels were unclear, the sanitary environment was not clear enough, and potential safety hazards naturally existed. After the 6S rectification, the original items are placed and marked neatly and clearly. The sanitary environment has also been greatly improved, and the phenomenon of dead corners has basically been eliminated. Minimize security risks!
