According to the definition, business model refers to the way for an organization to maintain financial self-sufficiency, in short, the way for an enterprise to survive.

in other words, a business model is a blueprint of an enterprise, which depicts the whole business activities.

For example, just as architects use design drawings to guide building construction, entrepreneurs must design business models to guide the establishment of enterprises, and managers must develop business models to help realize the visualization of the whole business details of enterprises.

In order to understand the existing business model, you can ask yourself two questions:

1)? Who are our customers?

2）? What do customers need us to do?

A business model can help you understand and describe two key elements: "customer" and "job content". It can make you realize how to help customers complete the tasks they need. On this basis, you will find ways to make more money and get satisfaction at work.

channel access:

core resources:

assets required by the organization to create and deliver the above services.

key business:

the work done by the organization to create and deliver the above services.

Important cooperation:

Some businesses need to be outsourced and some resources need to be obtained from outside the organization.

cost structure:

the expenses incurred by an organization in obtaining core resources, implementing key business and carrying out important cooperation.
