1. Household registration (including spouse and children moving with them):

(1) Preparation materials:

1. Household registration book The original household registration is provided for residents, or the original household registration card and a copy of the first page are stamped with a red stamp, and the original household registration is provided for collective households.

2. Doctoral diploma (degree certificate and academic degree certification issued by the Ministry of Education are required to obtain a degree overseas).

3. "Agree to settle down" contact form (please apply at the security office of the corresponding campus).

The certificate of no room in the area of Hangzhou (including Xiaoshan Yuhang in the ninth district): the way to obtain it is: log in to Zheli Office APP→ search for "housing information inquiry" on the home page → enter the "Hangzhou urban housing inquiry record" and print the certificate of no room (general).

(3) Apply for a migration permit:

Go to the local police station to apply for a migration permit with a "permit to migrate" and other required materials.

Note: Please communicate with the local police station for the required materials when handling the transfer permit; If it is inconvenient for me to return to my place of origin, I can entrust my relatives and friends to handle it.

(4) Settle down:

Go to the local police station with the "Migration Certificate" and the original ID card to settle down and get the personal account page. The address and contact information are the same as those mentioned in "(2) Handling the Permit to Move".

after receiving the personal account page, if there is no special need for use, it is recommended to transfer it to the security office of the corresponding campus for unified custody.

II. Household registration:

After moving my (and my spouse's) household registration into the collective household of Zhejiang University, I can apply to the local police station to declare my household registration for China children or newborn children born overseas who have no household registration for the time being.
