Second, the information to be submitted
(A) the preparation of the project environmental impact assessment report
1. Application report for project environmental protection approval;
2. The project filing certificate issued by the development and reform department or the letter department;
3. Project environmental impact report;
4. Evaluation opinions of the Environmental Technology Center on the project;
5. Infrastructure projects need to provide planning permits and red lines;
6 involving soil and water conservation, issued by the water conservancy administrative department; The opinions of the administrative departments of agriculture and land shall be issued for projects involving cultivated land protection areas; Where the protection of aquatic animals is involved, the opinions of the fishery administrative department shall be issued; Involving nature reserves, issued by the competent forestry department.

Third, the handling procedures
1. The applicant (individual) submits the application materials to the environmental audit unit of the county environmental protection bureau according to the environmental impact assessment grade of the project;
2. Material review and on-site verification of the project;
3. After the special examination and approval meeting of the Environmental Protection Bureau, the project shall be examined and approved.
Fourth, the processing time limit
(1) If the application materials are incomplete, they shall be informed on the spot or accepted after they are completed;
(2) The application materials are complete:
1. Within 60 days from the date of acceptance of the construction project that prepares the environmental impact report;
2. Within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the construction project that prepares the environmental impact report;
3. 15 days is counted from the date of acceptance of the construction project that fills in the environmental impact registration form.
