I just opened a yogurt shop. Let me tell you the inside story of the industry. If you want to make money, you must study hard. If you only plan to open a shop by thick-cut fried yogurt, you will probably lose money. Fried yogurt shops and fruit fishing shops seem to have great profits. People who have really done it should have found a phenomenon that the seasonality is too strong, and the business is really good in summer, but once it gets cold, the sales volume will drop greatly.

Moreover, these two stores are difficult to mass-produce because of their single products and low repurchase rate. Once there are many customers, it is difficult to make it in a short time.

I opened this yogurt shop in the winter of 20 18. At that time, the products were only pasteurized milk and several simple yogurts. At that time, business was average, but after the spring of the following year, business was particularly good, and sales increased several times. But after a long time, many problems have arisen. For example, there are a few kinds of products, and it is impossible for customers to buy these kinds back and forth. Moreover, the weather is cold, and the sales of yogurt are declining.

So I spent a month or two analyzing this industry, chatting with many friends who do marketing, and came to a conclusion that if a yogurt shop is good, it must have user thinking and solve user problems.

So I started from the following two aspects, and the business was soon completed.

1, aiming at the problem of less product series,

Never blindly add new products. If you add too much at a time, customers will be tired soon, and you will waste a lot of time by doing too much yourself.

My solution is that there are several main products in the store, and the best-selling series products are made every day. Because my university is majoring in bio-food, it is not a problem for me to develop new products, but I will have a new product frequency, which is basically about 2 months. There are many people who try early, and the turnover in the store will also increase. When another new product comes on the market, I will cut off a previous product.

At present, the products in our store include pasteurized fresh milk, old yogurt, liquid yogurt, hand-cranked yogurt, purple rice yogurt, osmanthus rice yogurt, whole grain yogurt, warm yogurt, fruit fishing, yogurt ice cream and so on.

After using this method, customers are very sticky, will not get tired of eating, and can often eat different products. In less than three years, my full membership has reached 1300.

2. Seasonal problems,

Because yogurt needs to be refrigerated, many customers, especially women and children, don't like to drink yogurt when it is cold. My solution is to develop a kind of warm yogurt that can be heated. Even in winter, customers can drink it at any time, regardless of the temperature.
