1, main structure

2. Production technology
Before the vermicelli machine is ready to start running, the main themes of cleaning machinery are wires, heads, molds and so on. The water in the water tank is heated to the required temperature by the electric heater, and then the mixed starch paste is introduced into the hopper and enters the spiral spindle with the rotation of the belt. The spiral spindle slowly ripens while rotating, and the cooked starch paste enters the vermicelli forming part through spiral self-reasoning. 3. Preventive measures
1, vermicelli electromechanical heating operation, always pay attention to the evaporation of water level in the water tank, in case of water shortage, resulting in dry burning damage to the electric heater. Before production, when the water temperature reaches 90- 100 degrees, we can temporarily turn off the electric heater to keep the water temperature and reduce the electricity consumption. Before production, we will start the electric heating tube and prepare to start it.
2, every day after use, need to open the drain door, release the water in the tank, to prevent freezing, before going to work, add cold water or hot water, water is not easy to cover more than 2-3 cm above the spindle, immediately shift to continue watering.
3. Before each shift of the noodle machine, a small amount of cooking oil should be coated on the tee, screen bottom, bearing sleeve and screw shaft, and then packed in sequence before starting to work. After each shift change, loosen the threads of the nose part to prevent it from locking and being disassembled after aging.
4, found abnormal noise in the work, should stop in time to check.

IV. Description of operation and management
1, pulp mixing
100 Jin of starch (flour noodles) can be added with 0.5-10.5 Jin of edible salt (stiffness is improved, and excessive dry powder is brittle), and 5-6 ounces of alum can be added (optional). The amount of water added depends on the original starch, with potato starch about 85-90 kg and corn, wheat and miscellaneous grains starch about 90-95 kg. Salt and alum are melted in warm water and added to the mixed paste. How to judge whether the ratio of starch to water is moderate when stirring? Then, the prepared starch slurry liquid is lifted into filaments by hand and left in the starch slurry container. One-meter filaments don't stop and fall into the slurry container with a gentle sound. Of course, these feelings are very important. Discharge the prepared starch slurry into the flour mill and start to leak powder. It's best to come to our factory to learn, operate by yourself and master the feel.
150 kg of flour that does not drip after bagging can be mixed according to this ratio when it is 100 kg of dry starch.
2. Notes for fans
The inside of the machine must be cleaned first, and the power supply circuit must be checked, paying attention to hygiene. Preheating makes water boil. When discharging (stirred starch slurry), the water temperature should be kept at about 85-90 degrees, and the electric heater should be kept working continuously. When the vermicelli leaks from the sieve plate, it will be transparent and shiny. If it is white and opaque, turn down the valve and feed it slowly. After the vermicelli is formed, it will be thick in the middle, and the valve will be opened to feed quickly. After the vermicelli is discharged, the 200-250 watt blower helps the vermicelli to dissipate heat, which is convenient for the vermicelli evacuation in the later period (the blower blows from bottom to top and blows to the front of the vermicelli head).
3. Management method of vermicelli after it leaves the machine.
After the vermicelli leaves the machine, it should be connected with wooden boards (length 1.2m, width 0. 15m) and cut to length as required (the scissors mouth should be wetted with water to ensure that the scissors are not twisted). Molded vermicelli should be placed on a plane with good air permeability and heat dissipation, not on smooth and closed surfaces such as plastic sheets, floor tiles and iron plates, and stored in a cool and dark place. Freeze in the cold storage, put it in the pool for about 10 minutes after freezing, and then cool it. Don't let it dry in the cold sun. Generally 70-80% can be bundled for sale. If there is no freezing condition, extend the aging time, add some cooking oil when stirring, and soak it by hand later. 、
Four, common problems and solutions:
1, equipment note:

2. The machine can't idle, which will wear the spiral spindle. Before starting the machine (new machine) for the first time, it should be idling and running-in. When it rotates normally, the power supply will be turned off and the materials will be sent to the hopper for production. Then, our production process is: preheating-feeding-starting.
3, machinery production must do a good job of maintenance, cleaning machinery, check the power supply.
2, production process matters needing attention:
1. Warm up the machine before work every day. After maintenance, don't rush to install abrasive tools when feeding. Start the machine and extrude the remaining materials in the machine. When the extruded cylinder is transparent, fix the grinding tool and carry out normal operation. This process can avoid uneven discharge after mechanical startup.
2. Mechanical air is the key step, which directly affects the subsequent powder opening effect. When the operator finds the fault of the silk powder machine, it is usually that the fan is not blown to the correct position when it is fast before molding or fast left and slow right. Generally, it is blown to a palm position in front of the nose at an angle of four or five degrees from bottom to top.
3. In the production of vermicelli machine, the middle of vermicelli is roughly cut without adhesion, and the broken strips around it hover upwards, and there are bubbles from time to time. This situation is generally that the starch slurry is too thick and overcooked, so it is necessary to adjust the ratio of starch to water and the mechanical speed valve in time.
4. In the production of vermicelli machine, the middle of vermicelli is roughly cut and adhered. In this case, the amount of alum should be reduced or no alum should be added to the starch with coarse starch or large expansion at low temperature.
5. The vermicelli machine is mature when it is transparent and immature when it is opaque. If the vermicelli is opaque, turn down the valve and feed it slowly.
6. The vermicelli produced by the vermicelli machine gradually becomes thinner and longer, and then breaks. Generally, the starch slurry is too thin, so it is necessary to add starch in time and stir it evenly to improve the concentration.
7. The production of the vermicelli machine is normal, but there are many broken heads around the fans. First, check whether there is any residual material on the grinding tool that is too hard to be extruded by the mold. If not, then the starch is coarse and the stiffness is poor.
