1. No matter what industry, it should abide by the Labor Law. Holidays and weekends in Tomb-Sweeping Day coincide, and holidays in Tomb-Sweeping Day are made up on working days.
2. If you work on weekends, you will be paid twice the salary;
3. With the approval of the labor department, enterprises that implement the comprehensive working hour system have no overtime pay for going to work on weekends;
4. According to the law, Article 44 of the Labor Law
Under any of the following circumstances, the employer shall pay the wages higher than the wages of the workers during normal working hours according to the following standards:
(1) If the workers are arranged to work longer hours, they shall pay the wages not less than 151% of the wages;
