Main work contents of comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management

Comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments of cities and districts (cities) and counties shall, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. Acts that violate laws, regulations and rules on environmental protection management within the scope of the following matters, causing environmental pollution:

Using loudspeakers in urban commercial activities, noise at the boundary of cultural and entertainment venues exceeding national standards, and engaging in construction activities, causing noise pollution; Dust pollution from construction, cooking fume pollution from catering services, open-air barbecue pollution, smoke and odor pollution from burning asphalt plastic garbage in cities, and smoke pollution from burning straw leaves in cities in the open air; Setting off fireworks and firecrackers causes environmental pollution.

iii. engaging in unlicensed business activities in outdoor public places in violation of industrial and commercial management laws, regulations and rules.

iv. acts of dumping wastes and garbage into urban rivers, illegally taking soil, or occupying urban rivers to engage in construction activities in violation of water management laws, regulations and rules.

v. selling food in outdoor public places, illegally operating food stalls, and illegally recycling and selling drugs in violation of laws, regulations and rules on food and drug supervision.
