There is no hotel in Beijing CITIC Building. Beijing CITIC Building, also known as China Zun, is the headquarters building of China CITIC Group. It is located in the Z 15 plot in the core area of the central business district, with Jinhe East Road in the east, planned green space in the south, Jinhe Road in the west and Guanghua Road in the north.

Beijing CITIC Building covers an area of 1 1478 square meters, with a total height of 528 meters, with 108 floors above ground and 7 floors underground, which can accommodate 12000 people and a total construction area of 437,000 square meters. The building is modeled after the ancient ritual vessel statue, and there is the world's first jumping building with a height of more than 500 meters.
