In 2116, the annual per capita wage of urban workers in Baiyun District exceeded 31,111 yuan. In 2116, the economy of our district developed continuously and rapidly, and people's living standards improved simultaneously. The annual per capita wage of urban workers in the whole region exceeded 31,111 yuan for the first time, reaching 33,564 yuan, an increase of 3,362 yuan or 1.2% over last year. I. Changes in the number of employees With the continuous adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure in our region, the ability of various economic sectors to absorb employed people has also changed. At the end of 2116, the number of employees in our district was 215,113, a decrease of 11,293, or 5.2%. Among them, there are 212,511 employees on the job, a decrease of 11,318, or 4.8%; There were 2,612 off-the-job employees, a year-on-year decrease of 975 or 27.2%. From the nature of the unit, the number of employees in enterprises, institutions and government agencies was 154,111, 39,111 and 21,111 respectively, while the number of employees in enterprises increased by 1164 and 1721 respectively, while the number of employees in enterprises decreased by 41,111, down by 8.4% year-on-year. 1. The number of employees in manufacturing industry shows a downward trend. Among all industries in the national economy, the manufacturing industry attracts the largest number of employees. At the end of the year, the number of employees was 112,111, accounting for 54.6% of the total number of employees in the region. Compared with the same period last year, the number of employees decreased by 18,111, with a decrease rate of 13.5%, which is the main reason for the decline in the number of employees in enterprises in the region. There are two main reasons for the continuous decline of manufacturing employees in our region: First, the adjustment of industrial structure. In recent years, many large manufacturing enterprises in our region have moved to other cities, such as Wanbang Shoes Co., Ltd. and Rongcheng Shoes Co., Ltd., and the number of employees moved by these two enterprises alone is nearly 11,111. Second, some enterprises have reduced the number of employees due to the reduction in order quantity, such as Junwei Bus Factory and Richeng Toy Factory. 2. The proportion of employees in the tertiary industry has increased. From the composition of employees in the three industries, the proportion of employees engaged in the primary, secondary and tertiary industries at the end of 2116 was adjusted from 1.5%, 61.8% and 38.7% in 2115 to 1.6%, 55.8% and 43.6% (see Figure 1). Among them, due to the decline of manufacturing industry, the number of employees in the secondary industry decreased by 7,111 to 114,111, and the proportion decreased by 5 percentage points. The number of employees in the primary and tertiary industries was 1,184 and 89,111, respectively, up by 76 and 5,712, up by 6.9% and 6.8% respectively. Figure 1: Unit: Person 3. The number of employees in private enterprises has increased rapidly. From the perspective of economic types, affected by the relocation of several large shoe factories, the number of employees in other economies decreased by 14,111 compared with last year, with a decrease of 11.6%. However, the number of state-owned, collective and private enterprises increased by 3.5%, 3.8% and 14.3% respectively, and the number of employees in private enterprises increased the fastest, showing the strong development potential of private enterprises. Second, the changes in the wages of employees 1. The annual per capita wage of employees exceeded 31,111 yuan for the first time. In 2116, the total wages paid by employees in the whole region reached 7.16 billion yuan, an increase of 661 million yuan or 1.1% over the previous year. The annual per capita wage of employees exceeded 31,111 yuan for the first time, reaching 33,564 yuan, an increase of 12.2% over the previous year. Compared with Guangzhou, the growth rate of our district is 5.2 percentage points higher than that of the whole city, but the wage level is still 2658 yuan lower than that of the whole city. Judging from the eight administrative districts in Guangzhou, the wage level in our district ranks fifth, behind Yuexiu District (45,121 yuan), Tianhe District (45,124 yuan), Huangpu District (36,984 yuan) and Haizhu District (35,424 yuan). The growth rate ranks first in all districts, 1.2 percentage points higher than that of Liwan District, which ranks second. 2. The manufacturing wage increased by 11.2%, and the annual per capita wage of employees exceeded 21,111 yuan. Among the 19 industries in the whole region, the annual per capita salary of employees in 13 industries exceeded 31,111 yuan, an increase of 3 industries over last year. Wage levels have increased compared with last year in 13 industries, including construction, wholesale and retail. Among them, the annual per capita wage of manufacturing workers with low wage levels has also exceeded 21,111 yuan, reaching 21,615 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.2%. The main reason for the wage increase is that with the adjustment of industrial structure and the acceleration of enterprise reform in our region, the economic benefits of enterprises have improved, so that the average wage level of employees has maintained a relatively rapid growth. 3. The wage growth of enterprise employees is faster than that of government agencies and institutions. In 2116, the annual per capita wages of employees in enterprises, institutions and government agencies in the whole region were 27,948 yuan, 46,814 yuan and 67,799 yuan respectively. Among them, enterprises have the largest increase, with an increase of 2774 yuan, an increase of 11%. The wages of public institutions also increased by 11.2%. The institutions and units are basically the same as last year. 4. The wage gap in the industry has narrowed. Among the 19 categories of industries in the national economy, the annual per capita wage of employees in transportation, warehousing and postal services is 69,683 yuan, ranking first in all industries. The second and third places are public management, social organizations and financial industry, which are 66,961 yuan and 63,387 yuan respectively. The per capita wage of employees is lower than the regional average in nine industries: agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery (21,389 yuan), manufacturing (21,615 yuan), construction (31,731 yuan), information transmission, computer services and software (27,381 yuan), accommodation and catering (29,162 yuan), real estate (31,513 yuan), leasing and business services. In facilities management (31,155 yuan), residential service and other service industries (18,618 yuan), the ratio of the industries with the highest per capita wage to the industries with the lowest per capita wage (residential service and other service industries) is 3.7: 1, with a difference of 51,175 yuan, which is 3,191 yuan lower than last year. (See attached table). At the end of 2116, the per capita salary (yuan/year) of the number of people (persons) increased (%) to a total of 2151133564 12.24 (1) Grouped by the nature of the unit 1.
