1. Click the Start menu and select the equipment and printer items to enter.

2. Right-click the printer to select what is being printed now, right-click the printing task to be cancelled, and select Cancel in the pop-up right-click menu.

3. A prompt window will pop up to confirm whether to cancel the file. Click OK directly to cancel the currently open task.
