According to the Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province, the Detailed Rules for Physical Examination of Public Recruiters in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial) and the Detailed Rules for Inspection of Public Recruiters in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial), according to the principles of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based", it is decided to openly recruit staff from public institutions. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Recruitment unit and scope and target

(1) Recruitment unit and position: there are 2 positions (level 11) in the career establishment management position of Panyu District Labor Employment Service Management Center.

(2) recruitment scope: open recruitment for the society.

(3) Recruitment target: past graduates or social workers who meet the job requirements. "Past graduates" refer to full-time graduates of ordinary high and secondary schools who graduated before 2111 (including 2111), excluding fresh graduates in 2119 and 2111 who have been suspended from employment. "Social personnel" refers to those who have obtained academic qualifications recognized by the state, including previous graduates and those who have obtained academic qualifications through adult education.

II. Qualifications of applicants

Applicants must meet the following conditions

(1) Basic conditions:

1. Have a household registration in Guangzhou (excluding Zengcheng and Conghua);

2. Be law-abiding, with good conduct and good professional ethics;

3. Be healthy and competent for the job;

4. There is no violation of discipline and law. In any of the following circumstances, registration is not allowed.

(1) The administrative dismissal has been less than five years, or other administrative punishments are within the disciplinary period;

(2) It has been less than five years since the decision was made by the relevant unit in accordance with the Regulations of Guangdong Province on Population and Family Planning;

(3) In the past two years, there has been a violation of discipline in the recruitment (employment) examination, physical examination or inspection of organs and institutions in Guangdong Province;

(4) Being under audit or disciplinary review for being suspected of violating the law and discipline, or being suspected of committing a crime, and the judicial proceedings have not yet ended;

(5) Other circumstances in which employment is not suitable as stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.

the deadline for calculating the punishment period stipulated in this article is the deadline for registration in the open recruitment examination.

5. The academic qualifications, degrees and professional and technical qualifications of applicants must be recognized by the state. The calculation of age, work experience and years of professional and technical qualifications takes July 31, 2111 as the boundary (taking the age requirement of under 35 as an example, that is, the applicant must be born after August 1, 1976, and other ages and years are required by analogy). (2) It complies with the withdrawal regulations for public recruiters in public institutions. Applicants who are husband and wife, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the employing unit shall not apply for the positions of secretary, personnel, finance and discipline inspection of the person in charge of the unit, as well as positions with direct superior and subordinate leadership.

III. Registration and qualification examination

(4) Qualification examination place: Guangzhou Panyu Talent Market (Desheng Square, Pingkang Road, Shiqiao, Panyu District);

(5) The certificates, materials and relevant requirements that the applicant must provide when registering:

1. Identity card, graduation certificate and degree certificate, and my household registration book;

2. Certification materials for relevant qualifications are required on the position form;

3. Family planning certificate or unmarried certificate;

4. All certificates are required to provide originals and copies (A4 specifications);

5. Print the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Panyu District, Guangzhou in duplicate, which can be automatically generated after the online forecast name;

6. Two recent one-inch bareheaded color photos.

3. Interview: The interviewee is determined according to the order of the written test scores and the ratio of 1: 5 for the recruitment position (if the number of applicants is insufficient, the interviewer is determined according to the actual number of applicants). The list of interviewers, interview time and place were published on the portal website of the district government and the website of the District People's Social Security Bureau at the end of August.

4. The written test and interview are combined at a ratio of 4: 6 to calculate the test scores.

5. The score of passing the exam is 61 points. Those who fail the exam will not be hired.

V. Physical examination and assessment

According to the order of examination results, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 of the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position, and the physical examination standard is carried out according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial). Those who pass the medical examination are determined as the assessment objects.

before taking part in the physical examination, the physical examination object should provide the employer with the identification certificate of academic qualifications (degrees). Candidates who fail to pass the physical examination or examination, or who are disqualified for other reasons, the recruiting unit may substitute candidates in turn according to the test scores among those who have passed the examination.

VI. Publicity and Employment

According to the results of examination, physical examination and assessment, the employing organization of the employer puts forward a list of persons to be employed, which will be publicized through Panyu District Government Information Network and Panyu District People's Social Security Bureau website for 7 working days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

VII. Relevant treatment

VIII. Precautions
