2. Party A has the right to conduct safety supervision and inspection on the quality, quantity, hygiene and service of Party B's meals, the effectiveness of safety facilities and the safety and hygiene of Party B's equipment and appliances. If Party B fails to meet the standards or has unqualified items, Party A has the right to require Party B to make rectification and improvement. If Party A fails to make rectification within the time limit, Party A has the right to impose economic penalties on Party B in accordance with Party A's relevant regulations.
3. in case of sudden accidents in the canteen during the contract period, party a has the right to enter the canteen for emergency treatment, and will not bear the losses caused by emergency treatment.
III. Rights, Responsibilities and Obligations of Party B
1. Party B must hold a valid hygiene license and conduct timely inspection according to the validity period.
2. The employees of Party B must have regular physical examinations and work on their posts with valid health certificates. Party B shall be responsible for all the infectious disease incidents of Party A's personnel caused by Party B's failure to organize the physical examination of its subordinate personnel and carrying infectious diseases to work.
3. Party B must abide by national and local standards on safety, environment and food hygiene. Formulate relevant safety management systems and safety operation procedures and hang them in a prominent position in the canteen, and earnestly implement them. At the same time, regular safety knowledge training on professional ethics, food safety and hygiene, fire fighting, safety regulations, etc. Take effective measures to prevent all kinds of accidents.
4. party b must ensure the product quality when purchasing staple food, non-staple food and other food and seasoning products, and it is strictly forbidden to purchase rotten, deteriorated and expired products. Special meat products must submit qualified health and quarantine certificates to Party A for inspection by the health and quarantine department. If Party B purchases inferior food that does not meet the food hygiene standards, or sells any deteriorated and contaminated food, which causes food poisoning of Party A's personnel, Party B shall bear all the responsibilities and all the expenses incurred.
5. during the contract period, party b must standardize the food safety and hygiene management, and ensure that raw and cooked products are stored separately, and the main and non-staple foods are stored separately on the shelves, with a certain distance from the wall and the ground. Do not mix and misplace, and keep the canteen clean. At the same time, special disinfection equipment and appliances must be equipped to clean and disinfect tableware and knives according to regulations.
6. party b shall earnestly implement safety measures against mosquitoes, flies and rodents, and do a good job in epidemic prevention to avoid the spread of diseases and infectious diseases.
7. The domestic garbage generated by Party B during the contract period shall be piled up at the location designated by Party A, and shall not be dumped casually.
8. In order to ensure the safety of the canteen and avoid accidents such as fire and explosion, Party B must do the following:
(1) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the operation room and dining room, and hot work must be examined and approved by Party A's safety department.
(2) ensure the safe use of gas facilities (including gas pipelines, valves, cookers, etc.) in the canteen, do a good job in daily maintenance and air tightness testing, find out the cause of air leakage and repair it immediately when it is found, and ensure that the gas facilities are always in a strict and intact state.
(3) It is forbidden to store all inflammable and explosive dangerous chemicals (such as alcohol, gasoline, fireworks, etc.) in the canteen.
(4) The electrical equipment and facilities used by Party B must have reliable grounding or zero connection devices, and it is strictly forbidden to pull the power lines privately or use electricity illegally. For the fire and explosion accidents caused by Party B's poor safety management, such as gas leakage, illegal electricity use, unauthorized hot work maintenance, etc., which cause property losses and casualties of Party A, Party B shall be responsible for all the responsibilities, and all the expenses incurred shall be borne by Party B..
9. Party B must cooperate closely with Party A's safety supervision and inspection. On the basis of the above-mentioned work, Party B must also set up an accident rescue leading group according to relevant regulations, prepare an accident emergency treatment and rescue plan suitable for the post, and organize its subordinate personnel to exercise regularly.
iv. Other matters
1. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If additional bylaws are required, all bylaws have the same legal effect as this agreement.

VI. Party B should have good personal hygiene habits, wear clean work clothes at all times when working in the canteen, and conduct health examination and professional knowledge training on food hygiene on time.
VII. Party B must carry out the processing according to the normal processing operation procedures. Rice should be cleaned; Utensils and tableware should be washed and disinfected; The dishes should be washed 2 to 3 times, until they are washed, so that there are no stains and pests. Do a good job of disinfection, sanitation and cleaning in the canteen every day.
VIII. Party B promises that the food supplied to the workers conforms to food safety and hygiene, and is willing to bear corresponding responsibilities in case of food hygiene and safety problems.
IX. Party B shall strictly control the purchase (warehousing) of food, establish an account for the import and export of food (nutritious meal materials), obtain purchase invoices, and keep a record of the import and export of nutritious meal materials. It is strictly forbidden to purchase rotten food and meat that is unqualified by the quarantine department. Food storage should be safe and reliable. All nutritious meal materials except vegetable oil, tofu (soaked in water) and eggs must be placed on a table 71 cm above the ground and not close to the wall. 11. Party B shall keep records on the receipt and distribution, sample retention and care of nutritious meal materials; Do a good job in cleaning and drying the canteen storage room.
