The functional departments of Taiyuan Institute of Technology include the Academic Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Admissions and Employment Office, the Finance Office, the Logistics Management Office, and the Research Office. All of these departments are important parts of coordinating the day-to-day management, teaching and research work of the school, and I would like to share my experience of working in these departments.

The Academic Affairs Office is the core department of the college that manages teaching and learning, and is mainly responsible for curriculum setting, course selection, scheduling, examination management, grade management and other aspects of work. The work is rather tedious, but it can also improve my communication, coordination and organization skills, and give me a better understanding of the operation mechanism of the school's teaching management.

The Office of Student Affairs is mainly responsible for the ideological and political education of students, management of study abroad and exchange programs, management of student scholarships and grants, and selection and management of outstanding students. The work is relatively easy, but you need to deal with a lot of students' problems about dormitory and classroom discipline, and you need to have a patient and careful working attitude.

Enrollment and Employment is the department responsible for student enrollment and graduate employment management, the main work includes publicity and enrollment, enrollment counseling, new student registration, graduate employment guidance and other aspects. The work is tedious, but it can also improve your publicity, communication and organizational skills.

The Finance Department is mainly responsible for the assets and financial management of the college, including the college's budget, expenditure management, asset management, etc. Students with strong financial management and accounting skills can give play to their strengths in this department.

The Logistics Management Division manages the logistics services and infrastructure of the College, including catering, accommodation, campus maintenance and security, etc. Hands-on skills and teamwork are required.

The Research Division is an important department for research management and innovation in the College, responsible for the declaration, management and execution of research projects, as well as promoting the transformation of the College's research achievements.
