2. Hygiene license refers to the business activities of units and individuals engaged in food production and catering. After examination and approval by the health administrative department, a health license with a registration license number will be issued. According to the provisions of Article 28 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Hygiene License, the numbering format of the hygiene license is health food certificate, administrative region code and administrative region issuing sequence number. Article 31 Where a food producer or business operator needs to renew a hygiene license, it shall apply to the original license-issuing authority within 60 days before the expiry of the hygiene license. Agree to extend the health permit, the original number remains unchanged, valid for four years. If the application for extension is filed within the time limit, it shall be handled according to the newly applied health permit.
