Huayang recruitment examination is generally divided into two types: written examination and interview, both of which adopt a percentage system. The total score is calculated according to the proportion of 50% written test and 50% interview. The total score of the exam is divided into the lowest qualified line with 60, and those who fail to reach the lowest qualified line will not be admitted.
Examination content:
1. written test: it is conducted in a closed-book manner. The written test mainly includes the necessary physical knowledge, basic knowledge and administrative professional ability test for safety production posts.
2. Interview: After the written test, the interviewers will be determined according to the proportion of no more than 3 times the number of people planned for the recruitment position and the order of written test scores from high to low (the last person with the same score will enter the interview together). Test the quality and ability to adapt to post performance by structured interview. Inform candidates of the interview results on the spot.
