The ticket vending machine only accepts banknotes from 5 yuan to 100 yuan, not coins, and only accepts RMB 15 yuan at a time. After purchasing tickets, you need to pick them up and change them within the time prompted by the ticket machine interface. The platforms of the station are not connected, so passengers need to see which platform the train they need to take has entered to avoid taking it by mistake.
Passengers with urgent needs should not leave after pressing the red button of the emergency help terminal. After this device is connected, they can talk to the service desk staff directly, which is convenient for passengers to ask for rescue.
A volunteer information desk was set up at the railway station, and bus guides were distributed free of charge. Shijiazhuang City Transportation Management Office has set up a service kiosk at the taxi exit of the West Square, and about 30 emergency help terminals have been set up in the station building.

Among them, there is a social vehicle parking lot at the north end of the West Square, with about 380 parking spaces. There are 100 parking spaces in the taxi storage area on the west side of the south end of the square.
Parking of motor vehicles is prohibited in the following sections: four roads, such as Zhonghua Street (South Second Ring Road to Huai 'an Road), Xinshi South Road (Hongqi Street to Zhonghua Street), Xinshi Middle Road (Hongqi Street to Zhonghua Street) and Xianghui Road, are prohibited from occupying non-motor vehicle lanes for parking; Parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on roads such as Xinshi South Road, Xinshi Middle Road and Jingguang West Street in the passenger station area.
Taxi drop-off points are different from waiting areas. There are three drop-off points, which are located in the north viaduct, the south viaduct and the north of the intersection of Jingguang West Street and Xinshi South Road. The reception area is located in the south of the exit, east of Jingguang West Street and west of the bus station. Passengers can take a bus from Shijiazhuang Railway Station to Shijiazhuang Airport for connecting flights, or they can reimburse train tickets. The scope of reimbursement covers Zhengding Airport Station and Shijiazhuang Railway Station.
High-speed rail to air passengers: passengers buy train tickets and plane tickets by themselves → take the high-speed rail to Zhengding Airport Station High-speed rail terminal → check in → return tickets with ID cards, boarding passes and high-speed rail tickets → take a free bus ferry → wait in the departure hall on the second floor of the airport.
Passengers who transfer from air to high-speed rail: passengers buy train tickets and plane tickets themselves → fly to Shijiazhuang Airport → take a free bus ferry in the departure hall on the first floor of the terminal → High-speed rail terminal → refund tickets with ID cards, boarding passes and high-speed rail tickets. On the east side of the southern end of Shijiazhuang Station Square, there are bus stops, including four disembarkation stops and 17 boarding stops. The middle area of the square is a pedestrian evacuation area, and there will be bicycle parking areas at the north and south ends.
