The issuance of food business license is compressed from 20 working days to 5 working days.

Steps for food business license:

1, first fill out the application report.

2, "XX Municipal Health Bureau health license application.

3, a copy of the notice of pre-approval of enterprise name.

4, health management organization (structure) list.

5, various types of premises health management system.

6, the main production equipment list.

7, the construction project four placement, plan layout (air-conditioning system production plant, production equipment, water supply and drainage systems, sanitation layout, ventilation and exhaust), required to provide blueprints or computer printouts (indicating the size, area and name of the business unit).

8, practitioners health certificate and health knowledge training certificate (declaration may not be required to provide, but must be provided before receiving the license).
