3. Qualification requirements of bidders
3. 1 This tender requires the bidder to have an independent legal person qualification, hold a valid safety production license, and have corresponding capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment and funds, and meet the following conditions: the bidder must have the qualification of Grade II and above for general contracting of highway engineering construction issued by the competent construction department. In the past five years (20 10. 1- the deadline for bidding), we have independently completed the highway construction performance of the single contract section of the national (provincial) trunk highway subgrade pavement (asphalt concrete pavement) with an altitude of 3000m or above.
The performance declared by the bidder must be checked in the credit information management system of Qinghai highway construction market (the deadline for reporting performance is the deadline for submitting bidding documents), and the authenticity and integrity of the attached performance must be guaranteed, otherwise its qualification examination will not be passed.
3.2 The consortium bid is not accepted in this tender.
3.3 Any legal person, other organization or individual who has an interest in the tenderer and may affect the fairness of the tender shall not participate in the bidding. Anyone with Grade B or above highway engineering supervision qualification certificate issued by the transportation department and business license of enterprise legal person issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce has successfully supervised 30 national (provincial) highway subgrade and pavement (asphalt concrete) projects at an altitude of 3,000m or above in the last five years (20 10. 1- the deadline for bidding).
This project does not accept consortium bidding.
Bidders can bid for two supervision contract sections of this project, but only 1 supervision contract section can be won.
