Don't turn on lights or make phone calls
Remember that when a gas leak catches fire, don't make phone calls in the room, don't turn on lights, don't have metal friction, and don't try to pull off the electric switch at this time.
If you smell a gas odor in the kitchen, the first thing to do is to open the window to ventilate the room, do not turn on the lights, exhaust fans, range hoods, etc., to guard against switching electrical appliances to fire detonated indoor gas, instantaneous explosion!
