Supplementary notice of project management

All relevant units:

In order to standardize the promotion and application management of new products (technologies) in Suzhou, our bureau has formulated and issued the "Management Measures for the Promotion and Application of New Products (Technologies) in Suzhou (Trial)", which has achieved certain results in practical application. At present, the popularization and application of external wall thermal insulation system products is a key point of building energy-saving management. There are many kinds of products, complex sources, high testing requirements and wide practical applications, which are easy to produce various contradictions, which are different from general technical products. In view of these situations, we hereby apply for supplementary notice on the product filing of external wall thermal insulation system as follows:

I. Basic requirements

1. The registered capital of the applied enterprise1100,000 yuan or more;

2. The production workshop has a clear division of functions, and the production equipment can meet the requirements of mass production;

3. Have a complete production quality assurance system and complete production inspection and testing equipment;

4. The product system shall pass the type inspection including weather resistance and wind pressure resistance, and hold the inspection report issued by a qualified inspection department. The test products should be sampled or sent for inspection by the office of the chief engineer of Suzhou Construction Bureau, and the entrusted inspection report cannot be used as the basis for filing;

5. Thermal insulation materials, anchors, anti-crack mortar, adhesive, interface mortar, steel mesh and other product system materials shall meet the relevant national and provincial standards, and the system materials shall not be changed. When the system material changes, it should be re-inspected;

6. The validity period of relevant test reports for product system filing is one year.

Second, other circumstances.

1. For the product system of which the enterprise is registered in Suzhou and has been confirmed by the promotion project of construction scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu Province, the relevant materials can be directly filed with Suzhou Construction Bureau;

2. For the product system whose registered place is not in Suzhou, and which has been confirmed by the promotion project of construction scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu Province, relevant information shall be provided according to the above basic requirements. The test report shall be checked or sampled by the local administrative department, and shall be within the validity period;

3. If the registered place of the enterprise is not in Suzhou, and the product system of the project of popularizing scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu Province has not been handled, it should first apply for the confirmation of the project of popularizing scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu Province, and provide relevant information according to the above basic requirements. The test report shall be checked or sampled by the local administrative department, and shall be within the validity period;

4. In addition to the above basic requirements, the sales agent shall also provide the registered business license of the enterprise as a legal person, the general agent contract and the relevant materials of the product origin.
